Luisa Moreno, P.E.
Luisa is a Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience, dealing with multiple government agencies and private clients. Her exposure to national and international markets gives her the confidence to deliver services in many environments.
Cesar Nino, P.E.
Civil/Structural Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the design and construction management of multiple structures across South Florida. Mr. Nino has provided design, evaluations and inspection to structures from the smallest to prominent high rise and commercial buildings.
